My experience with diagnostics and repairs at Dr Networking Computer Service has been fabulous! They not only saved my computer hard drive, they spent a lot of time with me answering questions about hard drives, storage, backup, cloud and the merits of PC versus Macintosh. I think the two men I interacted with were named Sean and Miles. I would recommend them to anybody! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been wonderful. They are open, honest and objective and can make someone who is not a computer nerd feel right at home. They are definitely my go-to for any computer issues.

Really appreciate the timely manner in which they communicated with me & got back to me. They were able to fix my compute for an extremely reasonable price, which is the price they gave me & well below $200...in fact, they said they wouldn't charge me anything if they couldn't fix it.
