The lady I've seen several times has been excellent. Not only are her hands, elbows and overall messaging technique outstanding, but she also imparts incredible knowledge on what she discovers under your skin and ways to help fix yourself and what to look for.

Tristan has a deep understanding of myofacial release. He is attuned to the best ways to promote healing. I went to see him after a long hike and a five day rafting trip and he untied all my knots. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful space in an off-the-beaten track neighborhood/business complex. Roseann was very professional, focused on areas needing attention more than other massage therapists I have gone too. I appreciated the attention, the cupping introduction and the checking in to make sure the pressure of the massage was okay. Great visit!
