I have had a nagging hip pain for over seven years since my stroke. Massage, acupuncture, exercise, stretching - nothing worked. The first time Joesph worked on me, he accurately diagnosed the underlying problem, relieved the pain, and gave me two home exercises to strengthen the weak muscle causing the problem. Superb.

I love going to Advanced Myotherapy. I usually see Joseph, and my wife usually sees Janie, though we've mixed it up several times as well, and are always very satisfied. Joseph tends to focus on physical body therapy, which generates a profound spiritual/energetic effect; while Janie focuses more on an energetic approach, bringing the mind/body/spirit into alignment. I highly recommend either approach, it just depends on what you're looking for!

I have had monthly visits with Janie for the last five years since I was pregnant with my last child. Janie is the best massage therapist I have ever had. All of my family make appointments to see her when they are visiting in town because they love her that much . I also see Joseph when I have trouble with my SI joints. He has been so helpful over the years as well. I recommend this place both for regular massage, craniosacral work, and general well-being.
