Josh and his crew did an incredible job removing our beloved Norwegian maple tree. Josh was thoughtful and considerate regarding providing the options available to us. He went above and beyond to consult with a colleague to confirm the tree needed to come down. The crew arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently and left our back yard and driveway spotless. We would hire them again AND they were less expensive than the other 2 bids we received. It is abundantly clear Josh is passionate about his profession and highly recommend them!!
Josh Cantrell and his crew of two were extremely professional, efficient, safe, courteous, and hard-working. On his initial visit, he carefully went over everything with us regarding our wishes and needs. Priorities were set and followed for a day's work, as we couldn't afford everything this year. Heavy rains didn't dampen the crew's enthusiasm. He is highly knowledgeable and fully equipped for any aspect of tree services. Excellent cleanup. His bid was itemized and detailed. He was punctual in all phases of work.
I had some sensitive root crown excavations that were seriously needed for the health of my native oaks. The balance was between the function and aesthetics of my landscape with excavations that were maybe a foot or more deep. It was a delicate process to remove the soil without damaging the roots of the tree.
Josh came out and walked down my yard and brought in outside consultation to ensure everything was done to balance the needs of the trees and my satisfaction with the final product. He and the team were knowledgeable, professional, and best of all approachable to my questions and needs.
