I had different "large" company's give me bids.. My home maintenance, American Home Shield, sent out the worst company.. They installed the cheapest HVAC possible and left the system with "fried" electrical wires. And, now the fan is loud when working. A-Action followed behind the Costco bid, the BIG advertising company and was lower for a TRANE brand!! And $$5,000. cheaper... But they are a private company just doing good work, affordable pricing and good ol' American PRIDE in their work. I highly recommend this company!! Cheryl Alexander

5 STARS!!!!! Since 2006, when we needed a new circuit board, A-Action Cooling and Heating has only earned more of our trust. It was 10:am, the morning of Jan 18, 2024, just an hour after making a desperate phone call. During 18 f degree icy rain and snow/ice covered streets, the owner himself showed up knowing our family had no way to heat the house. Took a completely locked up Draft Inducer motor and imo, MIRACULOUSLY!!! got it spinning again, and so far, still working perfectly 3 days later. He could have easily pushed for a VERY expensive new motor (and parts about $800.00) install, but didn't!!! It was at that time, and due to the 25+ age of our furnace, it was right then and there, both my wife and I decided it was time to schedule a new Furnace install. Got a super great deal on that as well. My hat is off to Mr. Timothy Mullenix for "above and beyond the call of duty" in bringing warmth back to our household. A warm, caring, and friendly man I fully believe you could trust with your new born. Both my wife and I THANK YOU so very much Tim, You're a Saint if I ever saw one.
