I had to bring my seven month old with me to my cleaning, and she was having a hard morning. All the staff were kind and understanding, one even hunted down a ducky toy! They could have shamed me or been rude, told me to get a babysitter (we just moved to Albany and know no one!) but instead they were accommodating and nice. Cleaning went well, even if it was a bit rushed due to my little being very fussy.
Everyone at this office is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They listen to what your needs are and they have done a wonderful job fixing all of the problems with my teeth.
Just had a really great experience with Dr Duong and Linda and Michelle for a filling. I explained I’d had difficulties in the past getting totally nerve blocked (and ended up being really scary/painful), and they took it in stride and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable.
