I went in for a scheduled appointment wearing a pair of sandals, the requirement for closed toed shoes is in a secondary window on their website that you do not need to look at in order to agree to their terms. I was told that my appointment is considered a no-show, and was sent out the door. Kept my money, didn't offer to reschedule, and the person at the counter spoke to me as if I were a child. I'm 28. Bad website, bad service.

I was very concerned after spending $75 for a drive test and seeing the overwhelming amount of bad reviews. Kristin was very nice to me even though I thought I failed so I was kinda rude to her If you don’t wanna wait 1 month plus for a driving test this is 100% the place to do it

Kristin Examiner is very good!! Let me feel the whole exam period is very relaxed, like her very much! I highly recommend this examiner to make me and my friend feel very relaxed about the driving test!
