We would certainly recommend Nancy Kruse as a realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us sell our parents house in Oregon. While my brother and I had the pleasure of meeting her in person, we both live out of state and she was able to walk us through all of the steps from afar. She got us in touch with folks who handled our estate sale. She made recommendations for improvements that greatly increased the selling price and had access to contractors who not only did great work but at a cheaper rate than we could ever have found on our own.
