I went to Locks and Lashes recently and got two services from Autumn; she did my eyebrows and a facial and it was the best experience. I was nervous at first but Autumn was so kind and warm that I felt fully comfortable letting her work her magic on me. She worked quickly and efficiently and I left feeling beautiful. Will be coming back here soon!

First time client at Locks and Lashes. I made my appointment online and then called to confirm that I had done it correctly. Receptionist was kind and responsive. I got my lashes lifted by Autumn. Very friendly and listened to my concerns before starting the treatment. She also did an excellent job on my brow wax. I usually have a really bad reaction to hot wax and I told her about my previous experience and she offered a gentler wax. No irritation. Will definitely be back to book with Autumn in the future.
