Jeff my service tech was great ..did an excellent job explaining thier procedures. Was efficient using his time to get me the best possible results . Was extremely happy with the carpet service ended up looking better then I expected. Very professional while still having a sense of humor ...Highly recommend him for your cleaning needs ...BTW for the Karen who left the poor review..I knew they couldn't process Cards ..you know why cause they told me numerous times before making the appointment!! We have two huskies and quite a few stains from when they were puppies. We had our living room cleaned and are very happy with how it turned out! Only took an hour, and it looks SO much better.
