Unfortunately, I gave the florist the wrong address. She called when she couldn't deliver and I asked her to deliver to another address, which she did. What could have been a mess was diverted to a great experience. Also, the flowers that I ordered were actually the ones that were delivered. NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!!! Thank you!!!!

Bill’s Flower Tree contacted a florist in Harwich, Massachusetts for “get well” flowers and the order got translated beautifully! The ease of ordering flowers was very fast and intuitive and I also appreciate that the associate from Bill’s Flower Tree kept me informed when Mylar balloons weren’t available with the florist in Harwich and the steps she took to make it all work was just right!

I submitted an order online that I needed for the next day. Well before my order was supposed to be completed I got a phone call about some substitutions that needed to made for specific flowers. All the substitutions were perfectly acceptable and the possibility for substitutions was clearly stated on their website. I picked up my order several hours early and the arrangement looked great. They almost forgot the card with my message, but quickly located it. It's been over a week and the arrangement still looks good and almost all the flowers have bloomed.
