Working with Ryan Heisinger and Baldwin General Contracting, Inc, was a dream right from the start. We contacted them at the last minute when we heard funding would be available for a large project, and they did everything they could to make sure we met our deadline, including the CEO and Ryan showing up the same day I called, to do a walkthrough to make sure they understood the scope of our project and offer their thinking about ways to accomplish what we were trying to pull off. They are the rare company that does what they say they will do and deliver on time and on budget. I have truly enjoyed working with Baldwin General. As a contractor, it is always important to have a team that communicates well and works together cohesively. Baldwin General does that and more! We look forward to collaborating again soon!
We had Baldwin Construction install a brand new elevator in our 112 year-old building. There were many structural and code requirement issues that made the job much more difficult than first anticipated. Yon was awesome, about providing detailed job site calendar updates and even went with us to the city for Urban Renewal and building code planning meetings. The process took longer than we were hoping for but as it turned out there was a lot of moving parts to keep track of. The Baldwin team was alway professional and assuring. End result: We have a beautiful and serviceable elevator that gets used many times every day!
