I've brought my cat here eleven times over the last 4 years and I always know his safety (and all the animals for that matter) is a top priority. I've been a customer who makes a last minute reservation or who calls with silly questions, and the staff effectively communicates and answers all questions in a friendly manner. The place has friendly staff who truly seem to care for the animals that are boarded there. Their prices are reasonable.
The only complaint I have is that the lid of my rabbit cage was damaged when I went to pick up my rabbit.
My boarder I had booked didn't answer when I tried to drop my cat off. I called Albany pet hotel in a panic almost in tears, and they were able to take her within 30 minutes. The staff was absolutely amazing, very responsive, incredibly friendly, and took great care of my girl for the 2 weeks we were gone! I would 100% recommend them and will continue to use their service anytime I need to board my cat.
