First class service for pets and their owners, I love all the options that you can add to make the experience for your animal even better. The postcards brighten our day knowing our Dog is having a fun vacation when we are too! Highly recommend.

My dog has been going to the Pet Hotel for almost seven years, ever since she was a puppy. I always know that I am leaving her in good hands when I drop her off. My dog, who is anxious, knows it too - she aways loves to go to the Pet Hotel! I like that they are able to individualize her experience by placing her in a play group that works for her. The staff clearly care about my dog and all the other dogs in their care. I highly recommend them!

The BEST doggy daycare / overnight spot in Albany hands down. The staff is amazing and our girls love going to "school" to hang out with their friends. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
