We've taken our dogs and cats to Dr. Fletcher for many, many years. My parents have always taken their animals to him as well. Not only is he an amazing vet, but a wonderful person as well. He cares for animals (ALL animals) and shows so much compassion for their humans, too. I hope he never retires because our dog Brynlee needs him. We need him. ♡

I love Albany Animal Hospital and their vets and employees. They really care about the animals and the customers. They have fit me in at short notice on many occasions. I have a beloved cat who was hit by a car and in a great deal of pain. I called the emergency vet ( Rivers Edge) and got an appointment. They kept me waiting an hour then a tech came out and looked at the cat and said he was fine and could wait. I waited another hour ( it’s 2 hours after the appointment time now) and l was crying because the poor cat was in so much pain. Still no sign of anyone coming to get us at Rivers Edge. We have been using Albany Animal Hospital for three years now and they are very great. We have cats and Dr Flanagan is great with the cats. She has a real knack and is gentle with the cat ? and friendly with us.
