I went in tonight with a diagnosis of a frozen shoulder. I can't get into physical therapy until December and my provider suggested a joint injection, again no appointments until mid November. The service attitude was warm and attentive, and the technician's technique was professional and precise—the pressure was just right and very comfortable. The entire experience was fantastic; I highly recommend it!
I had a really great experience at AE Massage in Albany. I booked a session with Claire and she was amazing. I went in with a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck from work, and she took the time to ask where I was feeling the most tightness before starting.

The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Claire was also very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.
