I had a really great experience at AE Massage in Albany. I booked a session with Claire and she was amazing. I went in with a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck from work, and she took the time to ask where I was feeling the most tightness before starting.
Claire’s pressure was perfect — strong enough to work out the knots but still really relaxing. She focused a lot on my shoulders and upper back, and I could actually feel the tension releasing during the massage. I felt way more relaxed and my neck felt so much better.
