Nat Graves and his team did a wonderful job helping walk them through the restoration process and restoring their home to even better than it was before. In less than three months, Nat and his team ripped out tile backsplash in their kitchen, removed multiple cabinets and rebuilt them to match existing ones in their kitchen, and replaced old engineered hardwood floor floors with LVP floors from Coretec. Matt and Cody have truly gone above and beyond. They are hard working, experienced, efficient, and just so very polite and agreeable. Matthew was the Project Manager for their job. He was attentive and addressed all questions throughout. Tim was the on-site builder and his work was perfect. The painters, who were subcontracted, did an amazing job as well. They were very happy from beginning to end with the efficiency and quality of their job.

I had an amazing experience! From the very beginning, the entire process was managed with great care and professionalism. The team stayed organized, kept me updated regularly, and made sure every part of the work was completed on time and exactly the way it was discussed. We had a major water damage from a pipe coming loose from under our sink in our kitchen from a bad plumbing job that was done back in September 2024. Nat Graves and his team did a wonderful job helping walk us through the restoration process and restoring our home to even better than it was before. In less than three months, Nat and his team ripped out our tile backsplash in our kitchen, removed multiple cabinets and rebuilt them to match existing ones in our kitchen, and replaced our old engineered hardwood floor floors with LVP floors from Coretec. In addition to their team doing a wonderful job, they went above and beyond and helped us lift our more than 200 pound new table into our dining room and assemble it. They also hauled off a lot of extra garbage such as boxes and old materials we no longer needed after our floors were replaced. Thank you McGinnis Restoration for the wonderful job. I also want to take a minute and thank Valley Plumbing and Direct Flooring for their wonderful work as well as part of this project. Also big shoutout to Cody for the wonderful backsplash tile job!

McGinnis was phenomenal during our dishwasher leak repair. A brand-new dishwasher leaked in our new kitchen. It had to then be taken out (including the subfloor in the impacted area) & all of our floors had to also be replaced because they were continuous throughout. Jon Garinger (project manager), Chris Hurst (lead carpenter) & Jorge helped us out and coordinated everything. They went above & beyond during the entire process! I cannot thank them enough!
