In Covid a lot of doctors had unavailable times or were full capacity patients , I was already Transitioning from my birth family doctor! My brother and his girlfriend actually referred me to this clinic because it was nearby and their hours were open and available.they were accepting new patients . I was at was having really unusual symptoms in 2021. I finally went in I got to meet with Dr.Sabash in person and through video call, he referred me to a bunch of health test, heart test, blood test where he then looked at my results, Because we were in Covid it was hard to get in contact with people I guess so one night he called me around 10 PM and he let me know. Firstly, praise the widespread empathy and friendliness of the entire staff, always available to help and clarify any questions.However, the same cannot be said about the employee who generally works on Saturdays at the reception of patients.In the first instance, she scheduled an appointment for a Saturday and I was astonished and amazed and when the stipulated day arrived, she told me that there was no appointment scheduled nor was it even made for this specialty on Saturdays.
