From day one, Ferdo and his team—Tony and the other highly experienced automotive engineers—have provided outstanding service marked by professionalism, expertise, and integrity.

Called about a problem with my muffler, was told to come in (first come first serve service) dropped my car in for service with only one car ahead of me, was sorted in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, and affordable service, far less than quote from other mechanics.
When I called the first time it was confirmed that I could come in for an appointment at 8am on a Monday. It was NOT explained that it was first come first served. I was there at 7:50am. There were already 4 or 4 people ahead of me sitting in the lobby and I knew the work I needed done was going to take at least two hours once it was actually on the hoist. Which I also spoke with the receptionist about.
The car was ready at noon and cost about $200 more than a quote from Ok Tire and Canadian Tire. I asked what the labour cost was and was told it “depended on the job”.
