Eric was a gentleman and professional. I called saying I needed my tire fixed and he told me to head over. His team had me pull into the garage immediately and after less than 10 minutes we were on our way. Thank you Eric and team.

Eric and his team came through for me.
I am visiting Toronto, just down the street from Hercules Auto, and as I was coming into Toronto my front end started to make a sound, assumed it was a bearings issue.
Eric got me in almost immediately, and determined it was a leak from of power steering fluid from a tube that led to some form of rad ( I am not automotively inclined)
As I have an older vehicle, the part was not available even from a dealer. It was going to take 2 weeks to have it shipped up from the States. Eric found a workaround and had my vehicle ready to go in less than 3 hours.
