I arrived over the lunch hour, and was offered the chair immediately without any prior appointment. Julie provided excellent customer service and was very good communicating to determine my haircut preferences. The haircut was skilled, feedback was offered at every step to ensure that as a customer I was satisfied with the end result. And I was! Thank you to Julie for exceeding my expectations.
