I’ve been researching gas logs for the past few years. I initially reached out to a Village Fireplace Shop and they were excellent to answer any questions, provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. I wanted to “shop around” and had an estimate completed by another company as well. The other company belittled my choice and tried to talk me out of what I had wanted and thoroughly researched. Then they provided a quote and demanded an answer immediately. I questioned my decision and it took me 2 years to follow through with what i originally wanted. I decided to go with a Village Fireplace Shop because they were supportive throughout my inquiry process and never made me feel pressured or questioned what it was I wanted. I was given a thorough estimate with several options (and Amanda was so amazing - we loved her!) we have had our logs for nearly a month and they have entirely met if not exceeded our expectations.
