We can’t say enough good about KTB Electric and specifically Ken!After having new soffits installed, we were told that the main hydro line coming to our home wasn’t to code. 4:30 in the afternoon, during a 30+ heat wave, we contacted Ken. He came around that same evening, realized the dilemma we were in without power, postponed the jobs he had booked for the next few days, and prioritized us. I was very impressed with Ken's work and quick response. I called in the morning and by early afternoon he came by, found and fixed numerous electrical issues with the wires for my basement lighting, a socket and electrical panel. He showed me and clearly explained each issue. He even changed out my doorbell on the same visit! Impressed, I arranged to have him install potlights in my living room, a dimmer, and an additional switch. Reasonable price, good quality LED lights, fast and detail oriented master electrician. I had two separate electrical issues (one a short circuit and the other a faulty breaker) and the technician, Ken, was able to efficiently diagnose and repair both issues. Problems are now fixed, I learned a lot, and feel that I received honest and extremely effective service. Highly recommend!!!
