Absolutely an amazing experience from start to finish! Jennifer is the best service rep you’ll ever come across, keeps you informed from start to finish of everything that’s going on and was more than accommodating when it came down to having my vehicle sit there overnight providing me a loaner vehicle Without hesitation , even though the issue was because of my antitheft systems that were installed. I can’t say enough good about this place.
My experience at Vaughan crysler is always very pleasant. The staff are always very knowledgeable and have lots of experience. Sandy is a great service advisor and she goes the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership compared to other Chrysler dealerships I have been to.
