StickGTA offers a great learning experience for those wanting to learn manual driving. Their instructor is calm, patient, and encouraging, explaining techniques clearly and making students feel confident behind the wheel. With a personable and informative approach, StickGTA helps nervous learners feel at ease, and their Subaru WRX is a bonus. Many students praise the instructor for being very patient, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to, like a friend teaching you. The lessons are easy to follow, and students appreciate the clear instructions and practical tips that help them gain confidence quickly. The price is very reasonable, and learners often mention that it takes time to get used to manual transmission, but with proper guidance, success is guaranteed. Overall, StickGTA is highly recommended for its great teaching, enjoyable experience, and the opportunity to drive a WRX.
I booked a 2-hour lesson with Stan to learn how to drive manual, and he was amazing!
Stan is an excellent instructor. He has a very calm, composed energy, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable even when you’re nervous. I stalled the car a few times during the lesson, but he never made me feel bad about it. He calmly explained what I was doing wrong and what to do differently.
And if you’re a car enthusiast, you’re going to love the car you get to learn in. Stan lets you learn in a 2025 Subaru WRX tS, which is an awesome car and made the experience even more fun.
I would 100% recommend StickGTA to anyone looking to learn manual transmission.… read full review
Stan is a great instructor for anyone wanting to learn how to drive manual transmission cars. He is patient, provides pointers for how to improve (but almost always, it's about the clutch), and by the end of the lesson you'll have what it takes to drive better with additional practice.
Me and my sister took lessons with Stan and he was an incredible teacher! We did the manual driving lessons with him and he was very patient and answered all our questions. I would heavily reccomend anyone to take lessons with him that wants to learn stick driving.
