My family and I, visiting from the U.S., were quite troubled by extremely loud brake grinding during our 4-hour drive to Canada. Worried about the rest of the trip given that we had another 1,000 miles to drive, we took our car to Nello's to have the brakes looked at before continuing on.
Nello was extremely understanding of our status as vacationers with an agenda to keep; he was helpful to a fault. He called when he said he'd call with the diagnosis, and his pricing to fix the vehicle was very fair. Hands down, the most honest / ethical mechanic in the GTA. I had an issue with my car's sensor, he walked through what it could be on the phone, I couldn't get the car to him, but his honesty and advice was bang on. He's the only mechanic I'd trust in the area.
Excellent and knowledgeable, very nice over the phone and very honest. Didn’t recommend any service before seeing the vehicle and diagnosing the MAIN problem. Fantastic mechanic who has won my respect and service.
