I was having issues with the glasses I purchased from another optical store, and by the time I went back and forth for adjustments, my eyesight had changed. I decided to visit My Eyes Optical for a new eye exam and new glasses.
When I called to book the appointment, I spoke with Carlos, who was very friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. When I arrived, I was greeted right away. While waiting for my appointment, I explained the problems I had with my previous glasses, and Carlos immediately identified the issue, which explained why they made me feel dizzy and nauseous.
