I don't review do reviews very often.. but here is mine. :) I relocated to the area about 2 years ago. Post-Covid, I needed a haircut and opted for this location - it was convenient, I recognized the brand and they had a walk-in appointment! I was lucky enough to connect with stylist Lora and have been a regular client ever since. Lora asked questions and involved me in the process to ensure that what I ended up with was what I wanted. We have done cuts, colours, and highlights and each time it comes out exactly as I expect. Monica gave me a great cut today! She's fantastic, so fun to talk to and did exactly what I wanted with my hair. She also did my eyebrows and paid attention to all the things I asked for in both the cut and the brows. 5/5 will return
