Tech was very professional and thorough we were happy with everything. Really enjoyed the photo and bit of history that was sent before he arrived . It was nice to know ahead of time who you expected to see .
We just moved into our first house and knew the basics but that is it. So we called ServicePlus to come help us get our gas fireplace up and running. They sent Chadwick over, who turns out is also from our small town, and he was amazing!
He had the fireplace up and running very quickly and spent the rest of the time educating us on all things house related to heating and cooling. Just an incredibly kind person who made sure to answer our many many questions, and who did an incredible job ensuring the fireplace was running smoothly and safely.
