I recently sold my house in sauble beach area and David did an excellent, professional job at a Great Price compared to ALL the lawyers in the Grey and Buce area. I Highly recommend his firm to handle any real estate transaction.

We just recently went through a real estate purchase where our original buyers walked away from the close on the day of closing - very stressful and problematic - I have to say David Nusko helped us work through this difficult time and did an exemplary job - Thank You David!
