We purchased a mini-split from Amazon as a DIY project. After opening the box - we realized that it was not. Called Kyle and he came same day and got us up and running. He did an excellent job. Kyle installed 2 mini split units for us and did wonderful work. He was always on time and flexible to accommodate our schedule. He was also available to answer any of our questions following the installation of the units. I would definitely recommend him.
