I became a client of Rivet insurance in Sturgeon Falls Ont several years ago which has now become Brokerlink insurance agency.
Over the years I have relied on Teri Hammill to advice me and answer any questions about my coverage. Teri is a knowledgable and efficient individual who respects that people need assistance to navigate the complexities of the insurance business.
Angele Giroux (Manager) has stepped up to answer any questions if Teri happened to be away for a day. All of the staff are helpful and friendly.
My contracts come due when the Postal service likes to go on strike and twoice I was able to get the renewal information and payment sent to the company.

We have been dealing with BrokerLink for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service, coverage and price. Most of my experience has been with Teri, and we wouldn’t change a thing!
What a wonderful place of friendly workers always with smiles and happy to help. She sure did wonders on savings me and my hubby on our house and garage insurances next is our vehicles in a couple of months. I would recommend others to this wonderful team!
