Everyone is super nice and welcoming, creating a warm environment for both pets and their owners. They offer flexible scheduling, including Saturdays, and have multiple doctors on staff, including Dr. Jared and Dr. Yvonne, who are known for their compassion and thoroughness in discussing diagnoses and treatment options. Prices are competitive compared to other local veterinarians. Although the waiting area had some drawbacks, the clinic's overall service and care have earned a positive reputation among pet owners. Many appreciate the kind and understanding staff, especially during difficult times, as well as the convenient location.
There’s not enough good things I could say about West Lorne animal Hospital. Everybody is so super nice and welcoming. My most recent visit was with Dr. Jared for my dog Charlie. Can truly say he is the most compassionate vet and has so much love for animals. He is very easy to talk to and answers all questions and explains everything so thoroughly. I left getting answers. The best vet hands down! ❤️
the people in this place r frigin amazing I come I yesterday morning with my baby girl cali who i know I was not coming back home with but was at another vet on Friday that was closer to me won't name any names but they give me meds for cali an said she would be fine come to find out when she was not getting any better that she really should have been put down on that Friday so I would love to give the biggest shout out an a huge thank to the vet guy who come to look at cali an let me know how sick she was an thank u very much for being right forward with me morning after not having cali run to great me hurts but hey she is in no more pain anyway I'm done I'm crying now
