They completed a full exam and made sure we knew exactly what our options were to make an informed decision. They gave us the time and space to come to the decision without any pressure. We felt very supported throughout this process, and we are very grateful for their kindness at this difficult time. The procedure itself was quick and peaceful, and the best we could have hoped for given the circumstances. We have been bringing our pets here for a few years and have always had great service at an affordable price, but their care and professionalism during our recent visit was above and beyond.
