If I was fully retired and not working and not needing to go to stores or malls on a regular basis, meaning every two or three days, maybe four days yes it’s a nice place but I’d say you should be one retired and two comfortable with other elderly people because I’m in my 50s and this seems like an environment for people in their 70s or 80s or 90s it’s a very slow paced world.

Sandbanks Homes built 1/2 of the homes in Wellington on the Lake but is no longer in business. They built good quality homes. Their management company, Frontier Management now handles the maintenance of all common grounds as well as our recreation center.
