Was supposed to leave on a 3000km road trip the next morning up and down lots of hills but heard a terrible noise. Husband called them at 10am - to see if they could verify the car was safe to drive. It wasn't, brakes were replaced by 3:00pm even with some staff down. Great price, very thankful!

Great local shop, highly recommend to anyone. Been going to a shop in elmira, kitchener, and now this one and WA is the best by far. Had a quote for some exhaust work at a kitchener location and they quoted me for an entire new exhaust when it was just a few bolts/springs missing around the cat. WA fixed it right up for cheap and sent me on my way. Couldnt believe the disparity between the two but WA comes out on top.Services: Transmission

The folks at Wellesley Auto are amazing! They are always kind, accommodating, fair, and timely. I work just around the corner so I drop my car off on the way to work to get service done on it. There are times where I have had to adjust my plans and Wellesley Auto has always been fantastic at trying to meet my needs. They strive to meet the customer where they're at and care that you are satisfied with their work. Can't say enough good things about them!
