Another great experience with Kool Heat. I needed my LG Heat pump/ air conditioner serviced and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of booking. Elmer was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the service in less than an hour and provided me with very helpful advice on how to clean and maintain my units to prevent unnecessary calls for service. Best of all, the cost for the service call was very reasonable.
