I recently had the pleasure of having a laminate countertop installed by Ryan…who is very talented and personable. I have a corner sink with the usual shelf in back. Corner sinks present a common problem….seams running down the sides which are subject to water damage. I didn’t want the same problem again but Ryan came up with a very innovative idea that eliminated the location of those seams. Fantastic results. Ryan eliminated that hated shelf at the back, as I wanted and even installed the sink and faucet complete with plumbing. Rona does not charge for this while Home Depot does. Very happy with my Adult swing glider. It is comfortable, just what I wanted. I do have two negative issue's. One, for the price I would have expected a more durable canopy. The canopy is a very thin polyester material. Two the instructions are horrible. When putting together, make sure you have someone who knows what there doing and has immense patience. Four stars because of horrible instructions.

Drove from Niagara Falls to make a large purchase because the Falls Rona didn't have what i wanted in stock. I'm so glad I did. April was great for customer service. Jenn at cash was friendly. Next time I need something from Rona, I'll make the 20-minute drive. I'll NEVER set foot in the Niagara Falls Rona again. Thanks, Rona Welland team. Keep up the great work. Cleaner and definitely friendly staff. Hell, I'd drive here for a single nail if I had to.
