So knowledgeable, so kind, so genuine. I'd never been there before, but was treated as if I was an old client. My documents were processed, my questions were answered, and I got more information from our 10 minute appointment than I had in an entire month elsewhere. I appreciate everything you do, thanks again!!
Great experience! Very organized, with quick, professional and friendly service. I was able to get an appointment right away and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend for your notary needs.
I’ve used Welland’s Notary service twice and have had such a great experience both times. The first time I arrived and didn’t realize I needed an appointment but thankfully they were able to fit me in! I was very thankful to them for accommodating me and on my next appointment booked in advance. They have really convenient hours which help with a busy schedule.
They also do a great job explaining next steps.
I would recommend Welland Notary to anyone in the Niagara region requiring their services.
