We recently had our windows and patio door replaced, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The crew arrived on time, was professional, efficient, and completed the job with excellent workmanship. They were able to remove our basement windows without damaging any of the interior trim, which was impressive.
When the new patio door turned out to be shorter than the original, they quickly came up with a great solution for the interior trim that looked seamless. I would Absolutely recommend Universal Window and Door Solutions Inc to anyone. Me and my wife are exceptionally happy with the quality of work that Brett and his team has done with our home. Organization and communication was amazing and the kindness and diligence of our initial consultation was spot on. We really liked how he had pictures of previous jobs to help explain how he and his team go the extra mile and nit only that but to also make sure the windows are insulated better then the original windows of our home. Brett and his crew did an amazing job with our Bay Window Install. The finished trim on the inside was a big help. We just need to complete the finishing paint ourselves. The capping on the exterior was also perfect. The install itself was explained what to expect when they arrive. Everything from teardown to clean up was flawless. To top off the attention to detail Brett and the crew laid down carpet runners over our newly installed carpet. The quality of the window was also top notch. A tinted version to allow listed sunlight penetration limiting the heat coming in. The Roll out side windows also the same quality.
