One customer had a problem with a lemon purchase, but received partial cash back and was advised to scrap it for more. The customer appreciates the store's honesty and will return for future needs. Another customer was given advice that solved their oven issue without having to buy a new part. The store is highly recommended.

Unbelievably kind service. I received efficient, professional, affordable and timely repair and advice for my Whirlpool washer. I can't sing their praises loudly enough.
I 100% recommend Second Choice for a replacement appliance or repair on your existing one.
No matter where you're from in Niagara, they are worth the drive into Welland. You won't go wrong by choosing Second Choice.

Rick is a gem! My laundry machine lost against a baby sock, so I brought it in to Rick. He had my washing machine fixed and like brand new within the same day, saved me some money and to top it off, sent it back nice and clean. That's top tier service right there!

Went in there to see if they had a part for my 18 year old built-in wall oven. He found a part that would work but the male adapter was different. Went out of his way to cut it off and replace it with my original part male adapter and soldered it. My oven works perfectly again and for a fraction of the price compared to buying a new part. Super nice people also!
