I have always had a lovely experience at Palazzo! The atmosphere is very friendly and calming and the salon is always clean. Taylor L always goes above and beyond to meet my hair needs! She is definitely a perfectionist and is always very thorough with making sure her work meets our goals of the appointment. She is talented, a great listener, very kind, and always wants her clients to leave feeling happy and confident. For many years now I have only had my hair done by her! I highly recommend her!

I had an amazing experience with Nicole Punyi at Palazoo Salon & Spa! She did sugaring for my legs and arms, along with a manicure and pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Nicole is incredibly professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and everything was done with great care and perfection. My skin feels so smooth, and my nails look absolutely beautiful!

What made the experience even better was Nicole's kind and friendly personality. She truly cares about her clients and makes you feel relaxed and welcomed from start to finish.

Always a great experience any time I go into Palazzo for a treatment! I’ve had Kendra cut my hair and Jasmine for sugaring and both were so nice and did a great job, I would recommend this place to anyone.
