The new owners are no longer honoring the previous stamp system. I had multiple free in and out cards and they fought with me about it. Unfortunately this is the only car wash in Welland now. I advocated for them to honour the free wash as I have been coming here for years. With a lot of back and forth, they agreed.

Wonderful staff and services. Great renovation. I have used them personally and professionally. Only once I had a detail that I wanted to have further attention. I messaged them once I noticed at home. They answered immediately offering further assistance. :) Great experience

The prices seem to keep rising at this location, which is a bit of a bummer.Customer service can be "hit or miss" but never a negative experience.They do a great job at the cleaning, but at times it does feel like you are paying for more than you actually receive.
