I recently purchased a house with a hot tub. I went to Paradise Pools on Thorold Road in Welland. They were wonderful. Extremely helpful and patient. I was very intimidated, because I knew nothing about hot tubs. So I booked an appointment with their maintenance technician Andrew, to have the tub drained and cleaned. What an amazing experience. Andrew is very knowledgeable. He went over the operation of the tub, drained it, and cleaned it. His work is pristine. He was so helpful, very kind and very patient. I highly recommend Paradise Pools and their awesome technician, Andrew.
Dealt with some of the other pool companies in the area: Pioneer, The Pool Shoppe, Etc, MP Paradise is THE Most Competent of them all. Love our little Grimsby store.
