“I can't say enough good things about this facility. I had knee replacement surgery in February and my recovery was complicated by a couple of fall. Jenna, the physiotherapist and Scott, the kinesiologist guided me and gave me the encouragement I needed to reach my goals. I had my follow up appointment with the orthopedic surgeon this morning and was very pleased with my results. I stil have a way to go to get my full function back and I am confident that I will succeed thanks to Scott and Jenna.“

“I had a face massage this afternoon with Melissa and it was amazing!
When I walked in, I was happily greeted by her and her beautiful & friendly dog (I love dogs!!).
I was pleased to see it was a home based business, as I love the privacy and intimacy of home based. Melissa was extremely kind, personable, and we had great conversation.
Scents were not strong at all, but meshed well with each other. I was pleased that she didn’t use a TON of products, just a few and in between wiped them with a hot towel which was amazing.

The entire massage I had goosebumps, and was very relaxed. I will be recommending her to friends and family, as well as seeing her in the near future before my wedding!

“I located Dr Minor through Google read a few reviews and he seemed to be a good choice. I injured my lower back 3 weeks ago in early Sept 2024. The issues started to get worse and by the 3rd week I was in agony! Walking and laying down become increasingly difficult. Had numbness in both arms, swelling of my right hand. Other issues need not be listed. However; I need help and the only way was through "Chiropractic Treatment". Booked an appointment was surprised how fast I was able to see Dr Minor! He was waiting for me when I arrived and was very detailed in his questions and paper work. Which was to assist him in his diagnosis of my lower back problem. I was given a detailed examination and Dr Minor knew exactly what the problem is and how to treat it. AFTER THE FIRST ADJUSTMENT! I started to feel relief and felt like I could take a deep breath again! I am very confident that within a few sessions and in Dr Minors care, I will be even better than I was before the injury! I give a 10 out of 10. He is very professional and pleasent, puts you at ease right away!“
