we have used mainwest for ur dogs Toby,Bella and Bailey. They have all passed after living long lives.Most recently Bailey. The care our beloved pets received over years was so compassionate and professional .We will forever be in your debt .Although our hearts are broken 💔 Our memories will forever be with us . We had to put our rescue Atlas to rest due to kidney failure. Main west was great throughout the whole process, everything with beautiful and peaceful. We love main west animal hospital and take all of our pets there. Great vets, great service and caring + compassionate staff. I couldn’t ask for better. The gifts that come with the service are beautiful tokens that we will keep forever!
Highly recommend for anyone needing a new vet. took my adult dog in couple hours after I first called asking for an exam, I had dealt with Dr Erin who was super kind & knowledgeable, took her time explaining the results to me a few times, answered every question and discussing options. I had to sadly choose euthanasia which due to time of day and shift changes, I believe it was Dr Matt who then came in to help with that entire process.. I was able to leave my boy with one of the staff members while went to get kids from school quick so they could say their goodbyes as well, my family was given as much time as we needed in the room to prepare ourselves and get in final byes/cuddles. when we decided we were ready to start some girls from the front offered to take my kids and sit with them in the other room and colour so they didn't see. i didn't feel rushed at all during any of this and i can't thank enough to those who were working for making what was a terrible day a little bit easier for my family. you can tell they care deeply about the animals and the owners as well, I also had someone check in the next morning to see how we were all doing and if needed anything. I just picked up my 'SavBear's ashes this morning & his prints etc and it's perfect, the included handwritten card also means a lot, thank you Main west❤️.
