The lady at the desk was very nice, so was the piercer. He did a great job as I got my septum and both lobes pierced which barely hurt at all and came out looking fine. Plus the guideline they give you to for aftercare is very thorough. I was a bit skeptical at first because I got studs in my ears but I guess they heal faster which I cant complain. I felt comfortable there as well so that was a bonus. Friggin awesome thanks.

I've been here twice and like the shop..very clean. Staff are relaxed and casual but still professional..Highly talented artists. Definitely recommend, Welland location or St. Catharines
