I ordered a beautiful custom heart warmer as a birthday present for my younger sister who is moving away, and although we had some difficult time with UPS, Heart Warmers went above and beyond in every way! Customer service is impeccable, the owner outstandingly sweet & helpful! I finally received my package just before I leave, and it is absolutely worth it. A truly wonderful, and heart warming gift for any occasion that will be loved for years and years down the road!
