Bob, Alan and the boys are truly wonderful people, I took in a 2012 f150 that was well past it's days and I received a truck that looked like it just came off the show room floor.

The first hiccup on our cross country road trip occured down the street from Bob's Auto Shop when our rear tire popped. We were lucky to receive fast, affordable and friendly service. Bob sent a team member to our car, parked at Kate's Kountry Kitchen, to help us put on the temporary tire, and went with us back to Bob's shop to get a replacement tire put on. The service was efficient and we were back on the road within an hour. We were so lucky to wind up near Bob's Auto Shop today. Thank you to Bob and the team!

Everything went according to plan, or better.It was a welcome change from the other 2 facilities I was considering.Very friendly and accomodating, Bob and his staff are second to none!
