The space that Cathy and Mike have carefully and consciously put together is welcoming and calming. Most of the support equipment you might need is already there, so you can travel lightly if coming from out of town. It is a multipurpose centre that acts as a hub in SW Ontario for those who teach workshops (large studio space upstairs) or work one on one with others (individual offices on main floor) in a healing way.
I feel comfortable and supported to offer Meditation Circles, Connecting with Nature Workshops, Jin Shin Jyutsu(R) workshops and one on one sessions with individuals in this Centre.
Cathy truly is an inspirer and instigator and walks efficiently in the worlds of tech support and wellness.
