Any time I have an injury, first thing I do is book Chris! He has helped me with ankle injuries, knee injuries, tennis elbow,
Back issues and now just today he was a big help. On Tuesday I hurt my shoulder, felt like I separated it and I was in a ton of pain. This morning he spent 30 min on it and by the end of the appointment I had way more movement and less pain. I highly recommend him if you are battling an injury or any pain. The man knows his stuff!

Reviews
Chris is an excellent practitioner. I had several active release therapy sessions and Chris completely fixed my shoulder injury. Can't say enough good things about Chris, he is a man of integrity.
Been coming to this place for massages for years! Farah, my massage therapist is the best! I have an Autoimmune disease which causes very stiff muscles and she relieves me of pain every time. She is passionate about her work and puts her heart into every massage! I always feel amazing leaving!
